Proposal: Jonathan & Gabby | The Biltmore
STORY
Gabby knew from the moment she met Jonathan that there was something about him. He would come into her coffee shop, he played music in their church band, they just kept coming together. Fortunately it didn’t take Jonathan too much longer to catch on to how special Gabby is, and that there would be nothing better than spending the rest of his life knowing & loving her.
SO he began planning the perfect proposal- everything was lined up but disaster struck. His photographer couldn’t make it but he already had the tickets to Biltmore, the hotel room booked, had managed to keep Gabby completely in the dark about his intentions for this romantic trip (popping the question!) Fortunately he reached out to me, & I was available (and excited!) to help.
The spot where Jonathan initially envisioned proposing had several people gathered around, and he knew that something more private would be right for this moment. He kept walking, and I ninja’ed around, pretending to be a tourist taking pictures until he found the spot. She said yes, duh! There were a couple of tears, a shared prayer, and so much love just exploding from the two of them. We hung around and grabbed engagement photos for another hour before their house tour & romantic dinner. Congrats Jonathan & Gabby!
