Who am I right for?
Couples that want a photographer who is genuine and creative-who wants to help you have simply the best wedding experience. If you want to really craft a wedding day that is authentic to you and fits your personality and values. Couples that enjoy having fun together. If you like hiking to epically stunning locations, and that’s where you want your engagement photos or vows- we are a great fit. Being the outdoorsy type is not necessary though- I’ve photographed weddings at AirBnB’s, family churches, barns, cathedrals, at parks, at vineyards, creative niche wedding venues, backyards, elegant gardens, courthouses, and even in old theaters!
Who am I not right for?
Couples that simply want to copy someone else’s wedding. Couple’s who want to follow someone else’s script. If you think it’s funny if your Uncle gets handsy, I’m not for you. If you want all posed, traditional photos only, that’s not my style. I tend to take lots of candid photos as well as do some posing. If you just want a basic wedding day and to get it over with. If your gonna let other people’s expectations decide everything about your day- we’re not the right fit.

Wedding Packages
We take the stress out of classic wedding photography packages. But you know what shouldn’t be taken away from you? Options. Both big traditional weddings, and all-inclusive elopement packages do that. They take away your options. If you don’t see exactly what your looking for, or if a package is a little out of reach, please ask me about options. We can create a package that works for you, and I offer payment plans too! From ENGAGEMENT PHOTO SESSIONS, REHEARSAL DINNERS, INTIMATE BEHIND THE SCENES PRE-WEDDING ACTIVITIES, and YOUR ENTIRE WEDDING CELEBRATION, Scraps of Lace Photography has you covered!
Orchid Wedding
We will begin capturing your romance with a 1 hour engagement shoot, perfect for save the dates and invitations as well as creating your wedding website & registry. Then you’ll also have 3 hours of flexible coverage you can use for capturing your rehearsal dinner, bridal portraits, a boudoir shoot, or capturing some of your bachelorette or bachelor parties! On your big day you get 8 hours of coverage with two photographers while you have brunch, get ready, while your guests arrive, first looks, walking down the aisle, the ceremony, family portraits, first dances, dinner and partying into the night! We will split up for the party portion, one of us will still be shadowing and capturing candids, and the other of us will be manning a photo booth for your guests' enjoyment. During the day we’ll be capturing some video footage to create a montage keepsake mini movie for you. You’ll receive 600 edited photos within 6 weeks, and 30 sneak peek pictures within 48 hours ready for announcing and sharing on Social Media with friends and family. After your curated gallery is delivered, you can either have me personally curate a luxury album for you, or we can work together with you proofing everything. (Some couples go ahead and include a second album to gift to parents that sponsored and helped plan their wedding.)

Lily Wedding
We start off with an engagement shoot to start documenting your romance and to help you create your invites and wedding website. Then on your wedding day you get 8 hours of coverage- your getting ready photos, pictures of guests arriving, first looks, your ceremony, family portraits and everything you have planned for your rehearsal! You’ll receive 300 edited photos in a curated gallery within 6 weeks, and 25 sneak peek pictures within 48 hours. All of this you’ll be able to share with friends and family. We’ll also work together to craft a stunning album containing your wedding story.

This is the perfect option for an intimate, smaller wedding. It includes 5 hours of wedding coverage. This wedding package also an archival quality printed 11”x14” ready for you to frame and hang on your wall.

Elopement Packages
For those who just can’t stay away from the outdoors or adventure, adventure elopement weddings are built for you! If you can dream it up, we want to plan it and photograph it. We keep repeating ourselves (because we really, really mean it): elopements get to be whatever you want them to be. So if your dream day doesn’t fit into the elopement packages we listed below, there’s more where those came from. We don’t want to put any limitations on what’s possible for your day. Potential ideas include AN ALL-DAY HIKING ELOPEMENT, A MULTI-DAY BACKPACKING ELOPEMENT, EXPLORING NEW VISTAS or TRYING SOMETHING NEW! Price ranges reflect travel costs & how you may want to specialize your coverage.
Wild Violet Package
The perfect package for adventurous couples! We will work together to choose an amazing location with fantastic views and design the day all around your taking vows at this breathtaking vista. This will of course involve a hike, perhaps some boating, biking, or a car ride. We will of course make sure the officiant makes it to your destination, as well as any ride or die friends, or family members that are important to include. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of time with just the two of you! We can organize a picnic, a bonfire, music, dancing, a bike ride, a stroll through an ancient city, the ultimate escape room adventure- it’s your day and I will do everything in my power to help you realize the perfect adventure for the two of you!

Lady Slipper Intimate Package
Designed for elopers as well as those who crave a smaller intimate wedding. There is flexibility here, many couples choose a shorter hike with an epic view to share private vows and get some breathtaking portraits. Then later they meet up at a small venue to dine with family or celebrate with their closest friends present. The coverage for this package is a little shorter, at 8-9 hours. We will work together to plan and make this a dream wedding experience tailored to the two of you! After the wedding, you will receive 20 sneak peek photos within 48 hours. Within 4 weeks I’ll have your curated online gallery of 300 photos ready for you to share! I will also curate a beautiful album for you and have your favorite 11 by 14 photo printed and ready to be hung up in your home.

Painted Trillium Package
Perfect for the the classic minimalist couple. This is for courthouse nuptials with a twist. We’ll take some beautiful shots around the city, and maybe catch some cocktails on a rooftop bar under the stars, or a small intimate celebration with friends and family. It’s 4-6 hours of coverage. You’ll receive 15 sneak peek photos to share with loved ones within 48 hours, and then 175 edited photos within 4 weeks. There is also a special curated album included.

Common Questions
Do I have to have a date set before I contact you? No, you don’t!
How exactly does this work? After you contact me- we’ll either talk on the phone, or meet up, or text. You’ll get the opportunity to ask me questions. I’ll find out some information about the event- you don’t have to have all the answers yet, and some of my questions may help you figure out priorities, or help you brainstorm. If we decide we are a good fit, and after you have a date, I’ll send you a contract to look over and after that is settled you’ll pay a deposit.
Depending on your needs we’ll have your engagement session next- so you get all you need for documenting this season, sending out invitations & setting up a wedding website. Then we will continue to plan as needed but most definitely we will talk the week before your wedding- troubleshooting any last minute questions or challenges (doesn’t have to be photography related) and we’ll verify your shotlist. All monies will be due before the day of the wedding-many couples pay in installments. Within 48 hours you’ll get some sneak peaks to share with friends & family. Then between 4-6 weeks you’ll receive all your photos in an online gallery. It’s lovely to sit down and view as a slide show with your partner- you’ll see all sorts or memories of the two of you, but also get to enjoy your guests experiences that you might not have been present for. It’s recommended to download your photos, I’ll keep everything packed up for two years, or share your gallery with friends and family. Then we’ll go over everything, and create an album of your favorites together!
Are your packages set? No, I really tailor the packages to your needs. So you may or may not need engagement photos, or have no interest in a photo booth. Your priorities matter.
What if we have to cancel or change the date? Deposits are non-refundable, however you can use them towards future photoshoots. If I have your new date available that is the easiest transition, if not I will do my best to help you find a new photographer.
